Mr Krupik joined the Board in 2003. He is founder and chief executive officer of ARTE Venture Group, an investment management firm specializing in business development. He formerly served as president and chief executive officer of RDC Rafael Development Corporation, a business development subsidiary of RAFAEL, a division of the Israel Ministry of Defence. Mr Krupik has a B.A. in Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an L.L.B. Faculty of Law degree from Tel-Aviv University.

Division . He received his Ph.D.
in Chemistry from the Weizmann

Mr. Goldberg managed equity

of $200M. As a graduate of the
IDF's prestigious Talpiot
project, he brings hands-on
expertise in R&D and project
management. Mr. Goldberg
received an M.A. in Economics
and Finance from the Tel Aviv
University and a B.Sc. in
Physics and Mathematics from the
Hebrew University of Jerusalem.. |

Gil Bianco |

Mr. Bianco served over 18 years
as the CFO of Agis Industries
Ltd and from 2001 to 2003 as
CEO. Throughout his employment
with Agis, Mr. Bianco actively
participated in transforming
Agis into an internationally
known pharmaceutical company
with revenues of more than $350
million. In 1992, as Agis' CFO,
Mr. Bianco helped lead the
company's IPO on the Tel Aviv
Stock Exchange. He currently
serves as a Director at
BiolineRx, Mazor Surgical
Technologies, Optimata Ltd,
Fischer Pharmaceutical Labs,
HealOr Ltd and Sol-Gel
Technologies Ltd. Mr. Bianco
received his B.A. in Economics
and Accounting from Tel-Aviv

Dr. Avi Molcho |

Dr. Molcho has been a venture partner at Forbion Capital Partners since 2007.
Prior to that, from 2001 he was a managing director at Giza Venture Capital.
Dr. Molcho is a cofounder of BiolineRX, a founder of Biologic Design and he serves
on the Boards of Pathway Medical Inc. and Circulite Inc. Trained in psychiatry and
psychopharmacology, Dr. Molcho served as Deputy Director General of The
Abarbanel Mental Health Center, and headed of the residency program at
Tel Aviv University Medical School. He was also the chief editor of the Israel
National Boards of Psychiatry. Dr. Molcho was awarded his MD and MBA from
Tel Aviv University and served as the Chief Medical Officer of the
Naval Commando (Navy Seals) of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).

Prof. Ron Kenett |

Ron Kenett has over 25 years of experience in restructuring and improving the competitive
position of organizations by integrating statistical methods, process analysis, supporting technologies
and modern human resource management systems. He is Chairman and CEO of the KPA Group, International
Research Professor at the Center for Risk Engineering, NYU-Poly, USA and Research Professor at the
University of Torino, Italy. Previously, he was Professor of Management at the State University of New York,
Director of Statistical Methods for Tadiran Telecommunications Corporation and Member of the Technical Staff at
Bell Laboratories in New Jersey. He has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, and a
B.Sc. in Mathematics from Imperial College of Science and Technology.
Ron has published extensively on statistical applications in the life science, industrial and business domains
including books on Modern Industrial Statistics, Multivariate Quality Control, Process Improvement in Systems
and Software Development and Operational Risk Management. He has been a consultant to major
pharmaceutical companies in the area of Quality by Design, Biostatistics and Risk Management.
Ron is active in supporting start-up companies in Israel and Italy and was one of the founders of the publicly traded company Babylon.
